Comfort Inn - Regina

Staying at Comfort Inn in Regina was a practical choice for our family. The location was ideal, just off the highway, with shopping and restaurants nearby. The beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed a good breakfast. What stood out for us was the convenience of parking right by our room, accommodating my husband's mobility needs.

Well priced and peaceful hotel in every way with smart staff with one staff member.

It had efficient staff.

The bathroom amenities were well-stocked and added a nice touch to my experience. I found the room to be quite small given the number of guests it accommodated, but this is typical for hotels in this price range.

One minor drawback was the room's dim lighting and outdated decor, which could use a refresh to enhance the overall ambiance. I also noticed that my pet-friendly room came at a $25 premium compared to a non-pet room.

Overall excellent food.

Updated room, new-fashioned with nice bathrooms. Exceptionally comfortable pillows and bed. Beautiful area, central location right by comercial, Restaurants, Super stores, city bus routes and shopping center and many restaurants

The hotel is clean, with accommodating personal, and offers magnificent location so close to downtown, stores, restaurants. Loved easy check-in and fast check-out. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too. The location is easy, the breakfast is enjoyable. There's Taco Time offering takeout approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue.

The first night, the noise from the electrical room was unbearable, making it impossible to sleep. When we finally moved, we hoped for relief, but no discount was offered for the hassle.

Lady in the breakfast service very friendly and efficient in keeping food out and tables cleaned, etc.

no elevator

Near most resto and gas station...

1. There was no elevator, have to haul my big luggage up to second floor.. 2. Breakfast was repeating everyday and theres not much choice and food either.. 3. Hallways, stairs, everywhere was full of mud tracks, which does not get clean after next day.. 4. One of the front desk personnel was an arrogant male..not very friendly and sits all day watching tv in the lobby.. :( (oabdi)

The Queen Room was spacious and boasted a decent free breakfast with a solid selection. Plus, being so close to Creekside Pub & Brewery and Trifon's Pizza made for some tasty evenings out!

The TV channels were a bit wonky-some made it look like everyone had blue skin. And the Guide button? Total no-show! Made finding channels a bit of a scavenger hunt.

Ground floor rooms make it super easy for pets. The rooms were quiet, which I loved, and everything was clean. I didn't stick around for breakfast, though.

The room wasvery comfy and tidy, but the slow internet made it frustrating to get online.

Staff and location, peaceful hotel!

The units are comfy with 2 double beds. The staff are consistently courteous, we enjoyed them.

The front desk staff and the lady in the dining room were very friendly and accommodating, assisting in every way that they could. Loved the location.

The cleaners were noisy - they were probably just speaking in normal tones but early in the morning the sound carried. My other concern is with Booked.net. I was not asked for a credit card when I booked. The day I was to arrive they phoned my house saying that the booking wasn't secure. I was not home to answer but am thankful that someone was to pass along the message. In the future please advise that this information is required - I would have lost my reservation otherwise.
